Christmas Holiday Delays

Our office will officially close for Christmas/New Year holidays from 5pm Friday 19 December 2025, returning Monday 19 January 2026.  We will have a skeleton staff in attendance during this period and we will be dispatching orders periodically, but please be aware it may take us up to two weeks to dispatch your order.  If the phone is unattended, please send us an email.

Delivery

We are a New Zealand owned and operated company, and we dispatch from our Auckland warehouse. 

We aim to deliver within 3-5 days from dispatch. Please allow an additional 2-3 days for rural deliveries. 

We offer free shipping on orders over $50.00 within New Zealand*

For orders under $50.00 we charge $8.00* 

*Shipping excludes Chatham Islands, Great Barrier Island, and Waiheke Island. Please enquire for these locations.

Returns

You may return items within 14 days of dispatch from us.

Please note, refunds will be made minus shipping costs. For orders that have qualified for free shipping we reserve the right to refund you less our shipping costs. 

We cannot accept any items that do not have proof of purchase. The goods & their packaging must be in their original condition.
