Returns
You may return items within 14 days of dispatch from us for a full refund. We will only pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. If you are wanting to exchange goods please include a reply paid envelope with your goods so we can send the revised item back to you. We cannot accept any items that do not have proof of purchase. The goods must be in their original condition, with the packaging.
Mistakes/Errors
While all efforts are made to check pricing and other errors, inadvertent errors do occur from time to time and HRB Jacobi Ltd reserve the right to decline orders arising from such errors.
